Position Title: Delivery & Inventory Management Assistant

Job Summary:

  • Receiving accurately of FFE's from vendors, deployment of requested items to BU's/branches, setting up Goods Receipt and Goods Issue in the system

Role Exposure:

  • Maintains records of items for return/replacement and ensures that all items inside the stock room are properly arranged, accessible, identifiable and keeping the inventory in high integrity
  • Proper coordination with different departments/divisions pertaining to arrival of stocks up to receiving by requester

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in Logistics and Data Mining
  • Experience in MS Office Applications
  • ERP experience an advantage
  • Has good quality assurance on any tasks/project given
  • With 2 years' experience in Logistics (fresh graduates are welcome)
