Inventory Management Specialist

As an experienced Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and configuring packaged SAP MM software to align with business process requirements.

  • Design and configure SAP MM software in accordance with approved functional designs and best practices.

  • Develop and demonstrate application prototypes to validate solution design and identify potential gaps.

  • Manage the migration of configurations across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the impact of various configuration options on business processes.

  • Conduct component testing and support integration testing (e.g., assembly testing of RICEFW objects and system testing).

  • Document the rationale behind configuration decisions and ensure all required documentation is completed.

  • Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to technical teams and end users.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM with a strong focus on Inventory Management.

  • Proven experience in SAP configuration and business process mapping.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Prior involvement in at least one full SAP implementation or upgrade project.
