Job Title: Mandarin Technology Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mandarin Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and resolving issues for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Resolve client inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and internal case transfers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document and follow up: Accurately document all inquiries and follow up on resolved issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Client advocacy: Act as a liaison between clients and business partners to ensure their needs are met.
  • Escalation: Timely escalate complex issues following established procedures.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve client connectivity issues, processing failures, and transactional inquiries.
  • Proactive communication: Regularly reach out to clients and internal partners to address processing errors or platform changes.
  • Email management: Monitor the group mailbox and assign email inquiries requiring investigation.
  • File transmission: Troubleshoot file transmission problems for rejected files, connectivity, and security-related errors.
  • Knowledge development: Independently develop business and application knowledge to ensure continued effectiveness in the role.
Requirements:
  • Language proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Customer service experience: Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Technical support experience: Minimum 2 years of technical support experience.
  • Self-motivation: Self-motivated and self-managing with sound judgment and effective decision-making.
  • Analytical skills: Effective analytical approach and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Prioritization: Ability to perform a broad range of tasks and project assignments concurrently through effective prioritization.
  • Multitasking: Maintain awareness of multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Remote work: Ability to work outside of normal coverage hours as needed (including weekends and holidays) and remotely.
