Job Opportunity: Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to reach our target audience.
  • Create compelling content aligned with our brand guidelines, emphasizing tone, style, and messaging.
  • Schedule and manage posts on HubSpot, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and boost brand awareness.
  • Conduct regular reporting and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to craft engaging job content and testimonials that showcase our company culture.
  • Implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Optimize email campaigns to improve deliverability, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Update website copy for SEO purposes and support the development of job ads and functionality.
  • Assist in creating blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other content to attract and retain clients.

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent, accompanied by at least three years of experience in a similar field.
  • Exposure to AU/UK markets and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software.
  • Interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors.
  • Proficiency in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva.
