Job Title: Central Demand Planner

We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to lead our demand planning process, driving improvements in forecast accuracy and tool development across multiple product lines, regions, and functions.

This strategic role operates at the center of our global planning process, shaping demand into actionable plans that align with commercial strategy and supply constraints.

The ideal candidate will work independently, influencing cross-functional teams and driving measurable improvements in collaboration, communication, and data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Owning and executing the monthly demand process from system handover to consensus sign-off, coordinating inputs from Sales, Product Management, and Finance.
  • Driving improvements in MAPE, Bias, and Forecast Adherence using data-driven techniques and root-cause analysis.
  • Translating commercial assumptions and market intelligence into an aligned, actionable forecast that drives capacity, procurement, and financial planning.
  • Developing and maintaining robust forecasting reports and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, and SAP IBP.
  • Orchestrating monthly consensus meetings and preparing executive-ready materials for changes, assumptions, and risks.
  • Collaborating with Supply Planners to identify constraint-driven adjustments and simulate scenarios to evaluate trade-offs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&OP in a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
  • High proficiency in Excel and Power BI; experience with SAP IBP is strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills; able to translate data into decisions.
  • Fluent in English.
