Employee Relations and Training Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations and Training Professional to join our team at 650 ALLIED, INC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Program Design: Create comprehensive training materials and curricula tailored to our organization's goals and objectives.
- Facilitation: Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional techniques and technologies.
- Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
In addition to training responsibilities, this role will also involve managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, policy development, and investigations. You will work closely with department heads and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in adult learning, corporate training, instructional design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as conflict management and due process.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and other training technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships, facilitate discussions, and work collaboratively with diverse groups.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This position is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
