Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Sales Manager at The VITO Group, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our presence in the power generation and distribution industry.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating and closing sales contracts, and providing technical expertise and support to clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the power generation/renewable energy industry, strong technical knowledge of renewable energy products/services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

You will also need to be able to analyze market trends and competitor activity, identify new business opportunities, and achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

In addition, you will need to provide regular progress reports and forecasts to the management team and collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

If you have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field, it is preferred but not required.
