Job Description:

Lead complex accounting functions and provide strategic insights to drive informed decision-making. Serve as a key advisor, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and month/year-end close processes.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders and clients based on thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal controls evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Active CPA license required.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
