Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for owning and managing our marketing technology stack.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing our marketing systems and workflows
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and automation of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and more
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Sheets, Looker, or Hex to monitor marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing Ops, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-paced startup environment
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Familiarity with lead workflows, scoring, segmentation, and attribution
  • Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple systems
  • A clear communicator who can explain technical details to non-technical teams
  • Curious, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality work
