Senior Brand Marketing Professional

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Senior Brand Marketing Professional. This role will involve developing and executing tactical marketing initiatives across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities include adapting marketing voice and messaging to fit each brand's unique style, managing reservation platform profiles, and monitoring online reputation.

You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and external partners, conducting research to understand client preferences and market trends, and proposing the use of A.I. tools to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Brand Voice & Messaging:
  • Develop marketing voice and messaging strategies to align with diverse brand identities and customer bases.
  • Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution:
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or similar.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Compile detailed actionable reports covering email marketing, reservation performance, social media metrics, and paid advertising results.
  • Technical & Systems Support:
  • Assist with website updates, graphic asset management, and ensuring brand consistency across digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multi-location hospitality or restaurant brands, ability to adapt marketing voice and messaging to diverse brand identities and customer bases, strong tactical marketing execution skills with a creative, strategic mindset, and proficiency in email marketing platforms, reservation systems, CRM platforms, and online reputation management tools.

A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but not required. Successful candidates must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection, and be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
