Important Information: We seek highly motivated individuals who are interested in working on non-traditional schedules, specifically graveyard shifts from 11 PM - 8 AM Manila Time daily.

Individual contributor responsible for checking and reporting software products for defects or issues according to project standards.

The Role
  1. Performing basic testing (scripted & unscripted tests, bug regression, ad-hoc requests) in a timely manner.
  2. Identifying and analyzing defects (reproducibility, back-tracing).
  3. Reporting and documenting defects and issues according to project standards.
  4. Understanding the technical specifications of the product.
  5. Analyzing use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
  6. Communicating effectively with the team.
Requirements
  1. Defect identification, research, review, documentation, communication, and assessment skills.
  2. Prioritization skills.
  3. Good English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
Nice to Have
  1. Test case creation experience and test planning knowledge.
  2. Previous experience with mobile and web platforms (Android, iOS, Windows, Facebook).
  3. Testing web-based applications expertise.
