Marketing Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Manage and update content for internal platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, aligning with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using project management tools.
  • Coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks using digital tools.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
  • Provide administrative and marketing support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills are essential.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator is required.
  • Proficiency in graphic design with a solid portfolio; Adobe Creative Suite and Canva skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or Loomly is highly preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
