Business Intelligence Lead

We're seeking a visionary Business Intelligence Lead to design, implement, and manage a powerful data ecosystem that drives clarity in every decision we make.

This is an opportunity to own the integration and optimisation of platforms like TripleWhale and HubSpot, working closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales, product, finance, and operations to ensure our data is not just accurate but actionable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and prioritise business-critical questions aligned with growth goals
  • Translate strategic needs into technical solutions using TripleWhale (attribution, eCom) and HubSpot (CRM, lifecycle)
  • Configure and optimise reporting systems across platforms
  1. Ensure clean data flow between Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, TripleWhale, and others
  2. Build custom dashboards and automated reports for key functions
  3. Deliver regular insights on funnel performance, customer journeys, retention, and ROI
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in a hands-on data analyst or analytics engineering role, ideally in eCommerce, SaaS, or performance marketing
  • Strong command of SQL, Excel, and BI tools
  • Hands-on experience with TripleWhale and HubSpot (must-have)
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, customer journeys, and lifecycle metrics
