Credit Portfolio Manager Role

The primary objective of this position is to ensure that an acceptable portfolio quality is maintained and profitability is maximized by identifying risk factors that negatively impact the portfolio.

  • This role involves establishing and maintaining credit policies and procedures that support business initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing marketing program guidelines/mechanics to ensure compliance with credit policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitors program implementation and changes/revisions to policy and process to address credit operation risks identified in the credit cycle.
  • Coordinates with other concerned units in the implementation of approved marketing campaigns/programs or required system user acceptance testing (UAT) which will have direct impact in the credit operation/functions.
  • Ensures accurate production and prompt delivery of credit documentation/report requirements for operating guidelines revisions/enhancements.
  • Reviews and analyzes MIS reports and provides feedback on marketing program/campaign performance and prepares assessments on trends necessary to be proactive in the revisions of existing Credit Policies.
  • Provides credit perspective in the conceptualization of marketing and sales programs.
  • Provides feedback and guidance on impact of marketing and sales programs to credit policy and credit guidelines.
  • Ensures adherence of marketing, communication and business collaterals to credit policies and credit operating guidelines.
  • Ensures that execution of marketing and sales program achieves business targets as well as supports service standards.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree holder in any Business Course.
  • At least 3 years of experience in credit-related functions, credit application and documentation of various credit processes.
  • Ability to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
