Human Resources Business Partner Manager Role

This pivotal role supports business goals by leveraging people management strategies for sustained growth.

The Human Resources Business Partner Manager plays a critical part in facilitating effective people management and aligning workforce planning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Supply Planning: Validates staffing recommendations, identifies talent gaps, and collaborates with external talent sources to ensure workforce planning meets business needs.
  • Performance & Competency Management: Aligns divisional goals with organizational targets, manages competency frameworks, and facilitates employee competency assessments to drive performance improvement.
  • Assessment & Selection: Conducts candidate profiling, assessments, and interviews, ensuring timely onboarding through coordination with relevant departments to meet business requirements.
  • Learning Design & Development: Oversees the planning and implementation of employee development programs, ensures compliance with training systems and documentation, and maintains complete training records in collaboration with Corporate HR and external providers.
  • Job Evaluation & Policy Clarification: Conducts initial job evaluations and coordinates with Corporate C&B for implementation, providing guidance on compensation and benefits policies to support informed decision-making.
  • C&B Delivery & Issue Resolution: Facilitates benefit availing and addresses payroll and benefits-related concerns to ensure smooth process management, meeting employee needs while adhering to company policies.
  • Employee & Labor Relations: Designs engagement, wellness, and CSR programs; manages disciplinary cases and investigations; ensures compliance with labor laws through coordination with government agencies to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Financials & Compliance: Oversees HR budget utilization aligned with KRAs and ensures adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements to minimize risks and maximize returns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent courses.
  • At least five years of experience in HR business partnering in a multinational or large-scale manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of progressive people management experience.
  • In-depth experience in key HR functions: Performance & Talent Management, Training & Organizational Development, Labor Relations, and Employee Engagement.
  • Strong recruiting skills and ability to improve talent management strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Canlubang, Laguna.
