As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for providing skills and competency trainings to our Bancassurance Sales Officers to ensure their success. You will also ensure complete onboarding programs for newly hired sales force and provide activities to support regularization.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in any course and at least 2 years of training working experience. Industry-related designations such as LOMA, AFP/RFP/RFC are an advantage. If you have experience in course design and development of training materials, that's a plus

As a Training Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders to implement initiatives and enhancements of existing programs. You will also be responsible for preparing requisitions of logistics and training materials needed to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.
