Content Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Content Workflow Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading production workflows and optimizing team efficiency.

This is a full-time position that involves working with a global team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing content tasks, coordinating with teams, and communicating updates.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing content tasks in ClickUp and ensuring accurate tracking and updates
  • Monitoring progress, coordinating with teams, and communicating updates
  • Maintaining tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment on goals. They will also have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment.

Requirements:

  • Able to work during EST/EDT hours
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams, ensuring seamless communication, accountability, and alignment on goals
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking, process management, and task coordination
  • Experience in collaborating with editorial, marketing, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a positive, structured, and high-performing work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions
  • Ability to set and enforce deadlines, ensuring timely content delivery
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Sheets, and other documentation tools
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows and improving team efficiency
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow automation
