Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Project Manager to lead our production workflows, optimize team efficiency, and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

This role requires at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage content tasks in task management tools, ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Monitor progress, coordinate with teams, and communicate updates.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for published articles, experiments, and performance metrics.
  • Organize and update project briefs, documentation, and workflows in collaboration tools, enterprise resource planning systems, and document management systems.
  • Assign tasks, set clear deadlines, and conduct regular goal-setting and check-ins with team members.
  • Ensure timely content delivery, proactively addressing delays with solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers and department heads to align content tasks with business objectives.
  • Track content targets, provide regular reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage team schedules and implement contingency plans to maintain content production.
Requirements
  • Able to work during standard business hours
  • Near-native English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a team
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management, editorial coordination, or related roles
