Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage family support initiatives and drive results-oriented outcomes.
  • Guide families through complex healthcare systems and be a source of inspiration during challenging times.
  • Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams to advance our mission.
  • Build a strong community by coordinating events, introducing families to one another, and organizing conversations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related professional role.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
