• Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with families to build trust and confidence.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Extensive experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare support.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Speed for execution, down-to-earth interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn and adapt.
