Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Financial Controller to join our management team.

This role will be instrumental in managing key financial functions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the company's growth.

The successful candidate will oversee accounts receivable and payable processes, perform bank and account reconciliations, conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability, support FP&A initiatives including budgeting and forecasting, collaborate with management to provide actionable financial insights, maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, and utilize Stride Retail (Odoo) if applicable.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance: A degree in accounting or finance is essential for this role. While a CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is not required, it is highly preferred.
  • Proven Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles. They should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with ERP and accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle are necessary. Knowledge of Stride Retail (Odoo) is a plus.
