Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to oversee our financial operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and monitoring accounting data.

  • Manage the company's general ledger, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, identifying trends, and prepare reports summarizing the company's financial position.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Coordinate budgeting processes and forecasts, and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns for review by external tax advisors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of seven years post-CPA qualification experience required.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • University degree with an average score of 80% or higher; transcript required.
  • Experience in fund administration, preferably within financial services or fund management companies.

Nice to Have:

  • Legal background or experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with servicing calculators and other lending-related software is also beneficial.
