About the Role

As a consultant in our team, you will serve as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems. You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value.

  • You will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system according to the client's business environment.
  • You will be responsible for implementation planning, fit analysis, gathering requirements, configuration, unit testing, rollout, and potentially post-implementation support.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
  1. To utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
  2. To gather, design, and build integration requirements of the client.
Requirements
  • Experienced in HCM and Compensation.
  • At least 2-4 years of HCM and Compensation Implementation and Support.
  • Able to gather, design, and build integration requirements of the client.
