About the Job
About InTech Property Appraisal Inc.We provide accurate and reliable property appraisals to help clients make informed decisions.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, including negotiating pricing and terms of contracts.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Prior sales experience, especially in B2B or direct sales, is typically required but may vary depending on the role.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and closing abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate contracts and terms effectively.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on customer needs and relationship-building.
