Remote Contract Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a full-time independent contractor.

This role requires working US business hours and supporting our telecommunications infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in contract management systems, including day-to-day operations and no-code automation setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process internal agreements through approval workflows, ensuring accurate verification and routing to the correct parties for signature.
  • Review and redline contracts, drafting concise summaries highlighting key terms, risks, and relevant points for project managers.
  • Manage contracts within our system, creating templates, folders, directing files to appropriate locations, and performing typical day-to-day system operations.
  • Set up and maintain automated workflows, defining rules for document routing, escalating based on conditions, and directing to final signatories.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Law degree with 3+ years of experience working with commercial contracts.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create concise summaries.
  • Extensive experience operating within contract management systems, including creating templates, organizing folders, and applying tags for searchability.
  • Proven experience setting up no-code automations, with direct experience in comparable systems highly beneficial.
