About the Role

This senior leadership position oversees a team of IT professionals, tasked with implementing automation solutions within a 90-day timeframe. The role requires expertise in Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop), Power Apps on Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 Business Central/QBO processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve operational excellence through automation using Power Automate and build scalable applications on Dataverse.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to develop efficient BC/QBO processes for Accounts Payable/Receivable, approvals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Enhance Microsoft 365 governance by implementing Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint/Teams policies, and Data Loss Prevention for Power Platform.
  • Lead and mentor a team of two IT Specialists, establishing runbooks, standard operating procedures, and a Center of Excellence.

90-Day Outcomes

  • Establish three production automations saving at least 10 hours per week.
  • Implement MFA/Conditional Access baseline and DLP policies for Power Platform.
  • Develop a comprehensive automation roadmap for BC/QBO and create a live KPI dashboard.
