As a Branch Sales Officer, you will play a key role in leading our sales team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the effective completion of tasks by supervising work sections and subordinates.
  • Establish clear work standards, performance measures, goals, and objectives for your team.
  • Assign deliverables and tasks to subordinates and provide necessary guidance and support.
  • Evaluate work performance, track progress, and offer constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide direction and coaching to subordinates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Keep subordinates informed about new information, policies, systems, and procedures through regular updates and training sessions.
  • Recommend personnel actions and movements to align with business needs.
  • Develop and implement job orientation and technical training programs to upskill staff.
  • Identify and recommend training programs for staff development to enhance overall performance.
  • Design and implement marketing concepts, promotional opportunities, and ideas to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Effectively distribute advertising and promotional materials to reach target audiences.
  • Engage in telemarketing activities to encourage clients to renew their loans.
