Job Summary

The role of Senior Technical Support Specialist is a key position in our IT team, driving innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology.

This specialist will play a critical part in a global agile team, working closely with multiple teams and customers to support the implementation of customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during the implementation of customer-centric solutions.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and customers to support the installation of Voice and Data services.
  • Develop knowledge of specific products within the business group and understand how end-to-end processes fit together.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve internal processes, identifying problems and helping to solve them.
  • Collect and provide customer information to assist internal teams, such as Sales and Marketing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols, including Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIP.
  • Hands-on experience with routing and switching.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills, with experience in Bell Customer Interaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of PC software and Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment:
  • Remote work opportunities.
  • Night shift availability (9PM – 6AM MLA).
  • Amenability to working on weekends if needed.
