Global Support Specialist

The Cobden and Carter International is seeking a highly skilled Global Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative group, providing administrative support to Business Support Leadership and Professional Legal Support groups.
Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, conferences, and activities; book conference rooms and venues; and coordinate with all parties involved.
- Travel Management: Plan and prepare all travel-related needs (i.e., flights, trains, hotels, cars, itinerary, etc.).
- Workflow Organization: Plan and organize workflow to comply with established time constraints to meet deadlines.
- Contact Management: Create and maintain contact information and email distribution lists.
- Liaison: Liaise with business support groups for and on behalf of the stakeholder allocations.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position requires at least one year of relevant experience as a Remote/Executive/Administrative Assistant, preferably in a large international law firm or equivalent organization. You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to balance being an individual contributor and a team player.
Requirements:- A bachelor's or associate degree is necessary. Post-baccalaureate diploma and/or a master's degree are advantageous but not required.
- At least one year of relevant work experience as a Remote/Executive/Administrative Assistant with exposure to a large international law firm or an equivalent organization.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to balance being an individual contributor and a team player.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₱60,000 - ₱80,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
