Accounting Professional Role

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to manage end-to-end books and contribute to operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial records, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger
  • Work closely with senior accountants learning accounting systems and processes
  • Issue invoices, build cash flow forecasts, and post intercompany transactions
  • Review payroll entries, validate vendor/client invoice details, and analyze AP/AR aging and vendor ledgers
  • Generate job costing and gross profit reports, close month-end books and bank transactions, and review U.S. payroll and sales commission data
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and banking requirements

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of accounting experience, ideally handling U.S. books or under IFRS
  • Degree in Accounting required; CPA is highly preferred
  • Strong English communication skills and attention to detail
  • Self-directed and accountable, comfortable taking ownership of processes and mentoring junior team members
