Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a hybrid role, you will be responsible for lead generation and creative marketing, supporting the growth of our business across global B2B markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in content writing, CRM platforms, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Canva, and Mailchimp. You will also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently.

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to introduce our offerings.
  • Set and confirm intro calls between qualified partners and the founder.
  • Track all engagement, follow-ups, and notes using the CRM.
  • Contribute to copywriting and optimization of outreach campaigns.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Drafting LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social content for B2B and agency audiences.
  • Repurposing photos, testimonials, and itineraries into branded marketing assets.
  • Assisting with campaign scheduling via tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Buffer.
  • Maintaining visual consistency across decks, one-pagers, and digital assets.
  • Monitoring content performance and supporting monthly reporting on engagement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years in a marketing assistant, virtual support, or business development coordinator role.
  • Strong experience in content writing.
  • Excellent written English and the ability to adjust tone for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently.
