Our team seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms. This includes creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to engage target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze social media channels for performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Craft compelling social media content, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and content during brainstorming sessions.
The selected candidate will also provide support in influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying potential influencers, outreach, and collaboration management.
- Identify and partner with influencers who align with brand values and goals.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, contracts, and content approvals to ensure campaign success.
- Analyze influencer campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and influencer insights to inform strategy.
- Present influencer marketing reports and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
In addition, the successful candidate will support in implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for relevant search terms.
- Implement technical SEO audits and optimization efforts, including site speed improvements and schema markup implementation.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and backlink profiles.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices across digital assets.
The ideal candidate will also assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS marketing, and CRM initiatives.
- Develop targeted email and SMS campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and scheduling.
- Manage CRM tools and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights for optimization.
- Integrate direct marketing efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing with a desire to learn and grow in each area.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
