Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for digital marketing? Do you have experience in developing and managing effective social media strategies? We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This role involves developing, managing, and repurposing content across multiple platforms, designing engaging email newsletters, planning and executing paid advertising campaigns, and monitoring industry trends and news.

  • Develop, manage, and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using B-roll and branded assets
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta
  • Monitor financial industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content
  • Prepare all content for internal and external compliance approval workflows
  • Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling
  • Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms
  • Maintain and manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing with proven results, proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools, demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management, familiarity with AI tools, ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows, understanding of FCA compliance and the financial services marketing environment preferred, excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, and be an independent worker with a high degree of initiative and accountability.
