Digital Transformation Specialist

The Member Development Lead role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for developing the ICT capabilities of our members.
This full-time, remote position can be based from any Commonwealth country and requires a strong understanding of human resource development programs and activities that increase the ICT and digital transformation capabilities of the membership.
Key Responsibilities- A thorough assessment of member needs to design ICT capability development programs that support digital transformation.
- Formulation and delivery of HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities across the membership.
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities.
- Support for remote/online training delivery and adaptation of methodologies for adult learners.
- Significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or related field.
- Knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.
- Experience with adult learning principles; strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
