Job Summary

The role of a Field Service Technician involves extensive travel to customer sites nationwide, performing mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic/electrical testing, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cranes. This is an entry-level full-time position in the Engineering and Information Technology field, with a focus on machinery manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex technical tasks including testing, installation, and repair of cranes
  • Conduct crane health checks, operator trainings, and commissioning on new or used cranes sold to customers
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide recommended parts and maintenance to customers
  • Attend service trainings to improve technical competencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology / Mechanical Engineering or 2-year technical course specializing in Electromechanical technology
  • Basic English oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to read technical diagrams
  • Able to work overtime as required and travel extensively throughout the country
