Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and proactive appointment setter to join our client's sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prospect potential clients through phone calls.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our client's solutions effectively.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and call outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and provide necessary prospect information.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a phone-based sales support role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieve targets.
  • Capacity to articulate technical concepts and value propositions clearly over the phone.
  • Understanding of the advertising, marketing, and/or CX industries is a plus.
