Job Title: People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive People Operations Specialist to manage various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, and compliance.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination to support employee well-being.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and supporting conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with management to develop performance management and training programs.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
