Role Responsibilities
  • Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Determining the optimal platform to achieve stated objectives.
  • Completing analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant teams.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions and related subject matters.
  • Practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage assessment discovery platforms.
