Senior Data Software Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Data Software Specialist. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining complex data solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, data analysis and problem-solving. They will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Python and other relevant technologies
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Design and build scalable and efficient data architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
  • Professional software delivery experience using Python
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Linux and cloud-based technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Skills:
  • Proven track record of building highly automated machine learning solutions
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and tools
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and public clouds such as AWS and Azure
