Lead Generation Specialist

As a key member of our team, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Generation Specialist to champion lead generation and management for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize CRM systems to streamline operational activities, prioritize lead generation, and enhance database management.
  • Proactively prospect for new clients through various lead sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails daily.
  • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails in a timely manner.
  • Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads, ensuring seamless follow-up and nurturing processes.
  • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails, maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks, driving business growth and improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with peers and customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools is essential for success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage competing demands and diverse workloads efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation, with a motivation to achieve goals and collaborate with colleagues.
