We are looking for a skilled and dedicated cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the head chef and senior line cook to prepare and execute dishes, maintain kitchen standards, and ensure that all food items are cooked to perfection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating as per recipe requirements.
  • Cooking and assembling dishes according to menu and customer preferences, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory control, including receiving and storing supplies, and monitoring recording of kitchen production.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
