Job Title: Digital Operations Manager

As a key player in our organization, the Digital Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital assets and ensuring smooth project delivery. This role requires a strong ability to manage remote teams and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with the SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows and ensure website production supports overall marketing strategy
  • Partnering with leadership to spot risks, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on schedule
  • Reviewing and refining the output of the QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets
  • Leading, coaching, and developing your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability

To excel in this position, you will need a proven track record in digital operations, excellent communication skills, and experience working with remote teams. A keen eye for design and content QA is also essential to ensure websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
