
Digital Platform Manager

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and driving traffic and conversions to our ecommerce site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecommerce Management: Manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across various channels.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups to drive engagement and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to stay ahead.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify WooCommerce Magento, and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure and optimize performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp Klaviyo.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite Buffer.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
- Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and trends.
