Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the property management team and ensure quality, timely service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients and escalating issues as required
  • Entering all maintenance requests into our property management system and arranging instructions in a timely manner
  • Using the system to monitor outstanding jobs and quotes and ensuring compliance documents are up-to-date
  • Adding approved invoices to a secure online repository and sending accounts to rental providers
  • Arranging lease renewals according to instructions from rental providers and ensuring safety compliance has been arranged with contractors

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and be proficient in using property management software.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years experience in property management support or a similar role
  • Proficiency in using property management software and standard office tools
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, rental providers and tradespeople
  • High attention to detail, particularly with compliance documents and lease renewals
