**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, Automation to join our team at WHR Global Consulting. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing and developing RPA Bot/Automation deployments that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include building and implementing RPA and optimization solutions for business processes, assisting in designing, developing, and implementing bot software, participating in UAT activities with end-users, maintaining existing bots, and managing a team of IT vendors.

You will also support discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and formulate user requirements for RPA, partner with enterprise architects to develop technology enablement business capability roadmaps, assist in building proposals and business cases, and support requirements analysis and formulate specifications for impacted systems.

In addition, you will participate in evaluating and testing hardware and software platforms and ensure alignment and coordination across operations for seamless RPA process implementation.

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline and minimum 3 years of experience in RPA Bot/Automation deployments. You should be proficient in Python, familiar with document processing in Python, and have full-stack development skills.

You should also have experience with version control systems, particularly Git, and be familiar with Python frameworks like Django or Flask. Additionally, you should have understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+, as well as experience working in Agile environments.

This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, integrity with a strong sense of trust and responsibility, ability to learn quickly and work under pressure, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong English language skills.
