This role offers an exceptional opportunity to grow professionally and expand our business origination capabilities through the recruitment of an experienced M&A professional at senior associate level. Our Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) advisory team is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex transactions, from strategic reviews to acquisitions and disposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive financial, commercial, and operational analysis of companies, projects, etc.
  • Conduct in-depth sector analysis or industry research to provide valuable insights.
  • Develop transaction materials, including teasers and information memoranda.
  • Support new business development by drafting pitch documents and participating in client pitches.
  • Collaborate with clients on transaction strategy, including tactics, deal structuring, and negotiation strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate finance/M&A processes, including marketing, due diligence, and completion of deliverables.
  • Excellent analytical skills with some negotiation or influencing skills.
  • Able to demonstrate confidence in client situations and establish value through advice and sector insight.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines, thinking clearly under pressure, and maintaining team morale during lengthy transactions.
  • Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
