About the Role

This position is responsible for managing and executing financial diligence project work, analyzing financial data, and identifying key performance trends.

You will work in teams with experienced financial due diligence professionals on transactions across various sectors, typically as part of a wider cross-service line team.

As you progress your career, you will have opportunities to work on more complex transactions, increasingly lead teams, and develop client relationships within the corporate finance community.

Key Responsibilities

As a professional in this role, you will:

  • Manage and execute financial diligence project work
  • Analyze financial data and identify key performance trends
  • Discuss business performance and forecast assumptions with senior management
  • Help write reports with findings and recommendations on key financial and business issues in a transaction
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance with at least five years of relevant work experience
  • CPA license would be advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen
