Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our global marketing projects and drive growth.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that involves launching and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring seamless coordination with the team.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with senior leaders to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing execution from campaign setup and reporting to content coordination and digital optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Content Creation and Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal and external content creators to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Campaign Tracking and Analysis:
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis to measure performance and inform future campaign strategies
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external vendors to deliver assets that meet our branding standards
  • Marketing Asset Management:
  • Regularly update marketing assets including the website through HubSpot CMS
  • Competitor Research and Market Trends:
  • Research competitor activity and market trends to support campaign development and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in an online startup environment
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in advanced software tools, including AI-enabled automation tools
  • Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and email marketing
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data and reporting dashboards
  • Project Management: Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team work
  • Environment: Startup or fast-paced environment experience is essential
