Customer Service Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Neksjob Corporation. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing queues, mailboxes, and fulfilling ad-hoc requirements as defined by the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high efficiency and focus on continuous improvement;
- Ensure all work is completed to quality standards and maintain accurate records;
- Provide exceptional customer service through active listening, timely responses, and effective resolution of concerns;
- Collaborate with different departments to achieve shared goals and objectives;
- Stay knowledgeable about account specifics, including Standard Operating Procedures, new products, processes, and promotional campaigns;
- Escalate concerns or potential issues to Supervisor or Team Leader for prompt attention.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate;
- Minimum 6 months experience in CCE (Contact Center Experience);
- Willingness to work onsite.
