- Receiving and directing telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitoring company email and responding promptly to messages.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including follow-up with foreign suppliers, couriers, and customs brokers.
- Coordinating with brokers to ensure timely release of imported shipments and obtaining necessary documentation.
- Preparing regular reports (e.g., Sales Reports, Expense Reports) to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with customer documentation requirements (e.g., uploading invoices, sending out documents).
- Supporting clients with their queries and requests (e.g., providing quotations or answering basic questions).
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in MS Office or Open Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly developed attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask efficiently.
- Degree in Engineering; additional qualification beneficial with experience in similar role.
